The garage is a 1 car garage with a large storing area and includes water and electrical as well as an automatic aluminum roil down door. A washer and dryer are located in the garage.
The community of Cote D’Azur and marina is gated 24 hours and low maintenance fees of about $75.00 per month caters to cleaning of common areas and walkways, trash removal and security. Directly adjacent to the building which the condos is located in a common area which will remind you of a rainforest. Aged trees and lots of tropical vegetation populate this common area from which stairs lead down to the waters of the lagoon. A small common dock in need of some repairs is there for your use. In addition, boat owners who need direct water access or want to anchor their boat can do so in this area. It is very peaceful and quiet and because of all of the vegetation and shade, it is also a very cool spot. At the bottom of the stairs is an area where residents could gather or have a BBQ. You cannot find a similar property on Sint Maarten.
