An open-plan design incorporating the kitchen and dining area together with a large private terrace facing the beach! This gives the living area a total square meterage of 75 square meters!
I love the outdoor terrace connected to the living room. It’s a unique space with plenty of shade and equal parts of sun and fun! Of course the endless ocean views are to die for and sunsets here can become addictive! A great place to just hang out! This terrace measures 5.3 meters by 3.45 meters plus an additional 10 meters by 2.5m terrace that connects to the family room.
The modern kitchen and dining room are accompanied by an outdoor dining terrace. The large kitchen measures 5.5 meters by 4 meters plus a dining room that measures 5 meters by 3.5 meters. The outdoor terrace is approximately 2.5 meters by 3.8 meters.

This is the third time my family has stayed at the awesome property- we have never been disappointed…only to leave! The cond units all have spectacular ocean views, a beautiful private sandy beach and ocean side pool sitting on a cliff looking out at Saba Island. Our two-bedroom unit was totally modern, beautifully furnished with full kitchen, laundry and great terrace. There is a full-service Dior Spa, lovely Cliff Cafe for European style breakfast, lunch and dinner with a full bar looking out on the ocean. The grounds are meticulously maintained, with gated entry and parking. Tennis courts and full athletic area. The staff is quiet and super courteous. Location is best on the island- literally, 5 mins from the airport, across the street are 3-5 really nice restaurants and a casino if that is something you enjoy. 10-15 minutes to Marigot (French side)and Simpson Bay (Dutch side) areas. You just can’t find a reason not to like unless of course, you can’t find availability! The folks who designed this 72 unit high rise really knew what they were doing with prime real estate- we highly recommend The Cliff for your stay in SXM!
