Tropical encompasses the entire 3rd floor of Building B at the La Siesta Complex. Building B is a 3-story, 3 condo building that resembles a private villa. With high arched ceilings, and sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom, all of Simpson Beach may be viewed from Beach Heaven. The expansive veranda terrace is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. Dine and relax while watching cruise ships and private yachts, all while enjoying the amazing sea views, whispering palm trees, and the glorious sunsets.

The Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom and sea views provides a comfortable king bed. The guest bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and also offers a king bed. A small balcony with street view is off the guest bedroom.

The recently renovated kitchen offers a sleek, new contemporary design with stainless steel appliances and everything required to make meal preparation easy and enjoyable. With the new dining room and living room furniture, Beach Heaven is beautifully outfitted with sophistication, stye and comfort in mind.

Tropical has the capacity to sleep 6 adults plus 2 children. With an additional half bathroom, a Murphy bed has been added in the living room/great room to accommodate 2 extra adults. 2 rollaway beds are available for 2 children.
