I have sold many beachfront condos in St Maarten, but this is special, there is something romantic about Coco’s and its intimate Caribbean setting! Once you are on the beach you have access to Karakter Beach Bar and Mary’s Boon Beach Resort within a three-minute walk on the soft sands of Simpson Bay.
