I have personally lived in this beachfront community for a few months and I can absolutely say that I LOVE the location. Its a walk to my favorite beach restaurants; Marys Boon, Karakter and El Zafiro. Great food, white sands and secure location.

Facing the pool and the turquoise sea, this intimate condo with a private terrace was completely renovated and refurbished in 2019. Located within a beachfront gated community of only 24 upscale apartments with tropical landscaping, off street parking, and a beautiful large pool. The kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation with a washer and dryer for added convenience. Internet, VOIP telephone providing free calls to the U.S. and Canada, plus IPTV is all included at no additional cost.

If you like nightlife, beach bars and dining, this apartment in Simpson Bay is perfect. You can walk everywhere yet find tranquility at your vacation home.
