    The two bedroom, one bathroom private apartment contains a sizable living room and kitchen (dining area is on the kitchen counter top), a large master suite and twin bed utility bedroom. The apartment comes equipped with a washer and dryer. In addition to the furniture, there are two flat screen TVs that come with the apartment. Interior access to the cistern is through the closet of the utility bedroom.

    There is a two-car covered garage on the upper level, and a one-car covered garage that attaches to the apartment. The doors to the garages are storm quality, with metal beams for the upper level doors and extra strength metal for the apartment garage. Both garages have storage capacity. The upper level garage has a work bench.
