Accommodations: Apartments on the waterfront lot with direct beach access, 1st floor, living room with full size kitchen, 1 bed room (sleeps 2), additional sleeping rooms available, 1 Bath
Apartments with garden & mountain view, small patio, on the waterfront lot only a few steps from the beach, big beach yard with magnificent sea view over the Bay de Grand Case and Anguilla, AC, living room with complete kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, the beach yard has direct beach access
Living room / kitchen: table with four chairs; sofa, 2 armchairs, living room table; cable-TV, complete kitchen,
Kitchen: Full size stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, large sink, dinnerware, pots, pans, utensils. So the kitchen has all you need to prepare your meals.
Bedroom: Queen size bed, AC, night tables, lamps, big wardrobe etc……
Bathroom: bath tub with full size shower, toilet and sink with a vanity, hair blower, cosmetic mirror
Ratio: table with 2 chairs
You can also relax or have your meals on the beautiful beach yard with magnificent sea view to Grand Case Bay and Anguilla, beach chairs, tables with chairs, umbrellas etc
Rates:

• Low Season April 16 – December 14:US$ 95 per night + 5% tax
• High Season December 15 – April 15:US$ 150 per night + 5% tax
• Christmas Week: + 20%Minimum Stay: 3 nights
• Deposit: 30% fully refunded with 30 days� notice
• Cancellation Policy
• In order to avoid cancellation penalty, notice of cancellation must be received by Century 21 Reality 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.
• WiFi is available in the units and on the lot for free.
• Housekeeping is provided 4 x per week.
• We supply with linen, towels, beach towels etc..
• The apartments have a two person maximum
• Monthly rates on request from April – October only
• FLAMBOYANT BEACH VILLAS have direct beach access.
• Off street parking with closed gate during the night
• Enjoy their kayaks & floaters.
• * You can make a kayak reservation (ask for rates)
• Common washing machine can be used

The residence FLAMBOYANT BEACH VILLAS is a vacation rental, a beautiful calm guest house on the beach. FLAMBOYANT BEACH VILLAS IS NOT A HOTEL.So if you are looking for a fancy house with hotel services, do not come. You would be at the wrong place.
