I have a rental analysis for this Pelican Key villa which indicates the owner currently rents with varying daily rates from $350 to $500 per night depending on the time of the year. The owner does not advertise the villa and prefers to occasionally rent it out at 20% occupancy. The gross income generated in 2019 was close to $50,000. There is a very loyal group of regulars who prefer to stay in this particular location.

If advertised I envisage that this villa should easily generate an income which is more than or close to $100,000 every year, with the bulk of income coming in during December months. Rent for a number of years and resell at a profit!
