You will find a grocery/convenience store and The Red Piano (bar/nightclub). There is also a nice, casual restaurant/French bakery with an outdoor patio within a few minutes walk, that has great food and pastries. It is usually open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, if you don’t feel like making something at the studio. It is only about 500 metres from your studio.

You are also within a somewhat longer walking distance of the many restaurants along Welfare Road in Simpson Bay. It is about 1.5 kms to the start of Billy Folly Road and Welfare Road from your studio. There are also a number of bars and restaurants along Billy Folly Road from Welfare Road to the Hollywood Casino.

I think you will find it a very quiet, safe and convenient location, with lots to do nearby.
