The villa sits atop of the cliffs at Beacon Hill Point and has a 100% panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea, Simpson Bay Beach and across to Pelican Key. Beacon Hill Point is a cul de sac and a peninsula with only about 15 homes making the area very private with almost zero traffic. In addition, the residents of Beacon Hill Point participate in a security plan which provides manned security between 6 PM and 6 AM. Beacon Hill Point is a very stable neighborhood with most residents having lived and owned there for many years. It is a mixed use neighborhood whereby some homes are occupied by owners and some are rented to long term renters or rented as vacation rentals.

Seaside Retreat has been used as a vacation rental since a total revonation was completed 6 years ago. A history or vacation rentals will be available to a new owner. Beacon Hill Point is considered to be a higher end community. Homes are well maintained, the road is in perfect condition and there are street lights. Proximity to endless restaurants, entertainment venues, casinos and bars and at the same time being in a quiet area make Beacon Hill Point a very desirable location for both long term residents or for vacation rentals.

The main villa of Seaside Retreat contains 3 bedrooms on the first level, each with its en suite bath as well as a 4th bathroom, kitchen and dining area, living room area and laundry area. From the living and dining area, there are 16 feet of sliders as well as another 16 feet of windows leading out to a covered veranda and then to the pool deck overlooking the Caribbean Sea. One can even look down and see fish swimming around the reef below and fishing can be done right from the pool deck or from a platform below the pool deck. The property walls are built in such a way that provides privacy to the pooldeck. Inside the villa, the kitchen is fully equipped and the living area has new furniture. Stairs lead up to the second level where the Master Bedroom is located as well as a very large Master Bath. The Master Bedroom and bathroom is enormous with about 2,000 sq ft and even contains a small kitchen. Views toward the East and West of the Caribbean Sea from the Master Bedroom are fantastic and the breeze coming from the East is a natural cooling factor.

Seaside Retreat also has an apartment attached but it has it’s own entrance from the street making it very private. The apartment rents for $1,000 per month and has it’s own electricity meter. The main property entrance for Seaside Retreat is through a large motorized gate. For privacy and safety, Seaside Retreat has a very high wall surrounding the property.
