Accomodations: Residence with 9 units, 9 kitchens, 9 baths, 12 bedrooms, 24 beds, 1st + 2nd floor

Kitchens: Full size stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, large sink, dinnerware, pots, pans, utensils. So the kitchen has all you need to prepare your meals.

Bedrooms: Queen size bed, AC, night table, lamps, big wardrobe, etc……

Bathrooms: bath tub with full size shower, toilet and sink with a vanity, hair blower, cosmetic mirror

You can relax or have your meals on the beautiful beach yard with magnificent sea view, beach chairs, tables, shade etc.-

You can also enjoy the kayaks and have fun with the floaters.

WiFi is available on the lot and in the units

Housekeeping is provided 4 times per week

Common washing machine can be used

Supply with linen, towels, beach towels etc

Monthly rates on request for April – October only

The residence has direct beach access

Off street parking with closed gate during the night

Rates:

Low / Summer Season Apr 16 – Nov 14: US$ 1,115 per night + 5% tax

High / Winter Season Nov 15 – Apr 15: US$ 1,721 per night + 5% tax

Chrismas Week: + 20% Minimum Stay: 3 nights

Deposit: 30% fully refunded within 30 days� notice.

Cancellation Policy

In order to avoid cancellation penalty, notice of cancellation must be received by Century 21 Reality 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Some returning clients come since generations.

So if you are looking for a fancy house with hotel services, do not come. You would be at the wrong place.
