This is a duplex. One bedroom on the ground floor and the other is on the first floor facing the relaxing turquoise colors of the Caribbean ocean. The ground floor living area offers excellent access to the large beach side pool. How perfect is your vacation luxury accommodation located directly on a beautiful 2+ mile beach of pristine sand and calm turquoise blue Caribbean Sea. No undertow, and with gentle waters to swim in. You are in heaven!

Thats why we call this Heaven Beach Apartment on Simpson Bay Beach. The first thing I noticed was that everything is in excellent condition! The views as you enter make you stop for a moment to admire the picturesque view, St Maarten does give you butterflies!

Back to business. Beautifully decorated and fully equipped with air conditioning, LCD/Cable TVs, Bose Surround Sound System. The living room, deluxe kitchen, guest bedroom with king bed, and bathroom are all on ground floor and provide walk out access to a private terrace to the sand and water of Simpson Bay Beach.

The huge Master bedroom with king bed, LCD/Cable TV and en-suite bathroom is located upstairs and offers a 2nd private terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Both bedrooms provide plush king beds with 3′ memory foam toppers, and fine linens.

This spacious, beautiful 2-floor level unit provides Caribbean living to please the most discriminating taste. The living room with its al fresco dining area and veranda terrace has direct access to the beach, pool, and outdoor shower. The floor plan is ideal for two couples desiring their own privacy; and, for a family, Heaven Beach Apartment provides a separate parents’ retreat.

Included in the rental are FREE calls to USA/Canada using provided VOIP phone and Wifi (Guests should provide their own Laptop or IPad!). A Bose Surround Sound System is installed throughout the condo for your listening enjoyment.

Heaven Beach Apartment provides ample off street parking, and night time security. Restaurants, grocery stores, and a wonderful French bakery are just a short walk/drive away.

Heaven Beach Apartment is available to be rented as a 1 or 2 bedroom option with a 5-night minimum. Rented as a 1-bedroom use provides exclusive use of the condo (the 2nd bedroom is unavailable for use). Week-day arrivals are always welcomed. Please Quick Message me for availability!
