The property sits on 1500sq meters of deeded/titled land with a gentle slope. Stone stairs provide walkways through the gardens, which have solar powered light fixtures. Mature gardens include fruit tress such as banana, Papaya & sugar cane. There is also a beautiful water feature with blooming crocus and water Hyacinth. There is ample parking for 5 cars on the street level.
The view is 180 degree unobstructed panoramic of the ocean & Oyster Pond to Guana Bay. On any given day the island of St, Barth's can clearly be seen. Other islands in view include St. Kitts, Nevis & Statia.
House comes with a diesel generator that is powerful enough to provide power to the entire house for over 8hrs.
House has full city electricity and water is cistern. The cistern holds 10-12,000 gals of water.
