About this Property:

Very cute, upscale, Italian boutique clothing store, located in a great spot on the Philipsburg Boardwalk which is on the unique Dutch & French island of St. Maarten/Sint Maarten/Saint Martin. Philipsburg is where all of the cruise ships dock and unload thousands of passengers each day.

During High Season there are between 5-8 cruise ships each day, unloading approximately 2,000 passengers each….WOW! Many of these passengers stay on the Boardwalk all day shopping, eating and drinking. This very nice clothing and jewelry store sits right beside the largest restaurant and bar on the Boardwalk and faces the Great Bay and its beach and part of the Sint Rose Arcade. So you can only imagine the amount of traffic this store attracts.

In addition to the cruise ships, anyone staying on the island visits the Boardwalk at least once. The price of this specialty store is very cheap considering the amount of profit the owner takes home each year. So it will not last long.

Philipsburg is the largest city on the Dutch side of St. Maarten, drawing visitors from all over the island. The owner has had the store for 13 years, so it is very well established. Now she is ready to retire though. You do not have to keep it as a clothing store. You may change the name and sell about anything else you want (a frozen yogurt shop, tropical smoothies, etc.)
