SIMPSON BAY, St. Maarten – St. Maarten will again get major exposure in the North America when the newest episode of Home and Garden Television (HGTV) show House Hunters International features properties on St. Maarten.
The episode, titled “A Warmer Home for Mario and Linda,” will premiere today, Wednesday, August 26, 2015, at 10:30pm on HGTV which shows St. Maarten Cable TV Channel 230. The episode will re-air on Thursday at 1:30am, Saturday 11:30pm and on Sunday at 2:30am.
Head Broker of St. Maarten’s top rated real estate agency Century 21 Island Realty Ritika Nanwani will be seen showing The Molinaris of Calgary, Canada, options for their home in paradise.
St. Maarten has been featured on several episodes of the top rated home buying real show in the past.
Nanwani said she was elated to showcase not only the homes to a very enthusiastic couple, but to give her island of St. Maarten a very visible boost. “St. Maarten is a hot commodity for real estate. People looking to escape the cold winters up north are always interest in our island.”
The agents of Century 21 Island Realty are experts at matching clients with their dream homes or the perfect business location for success. The agency has captured the title of Best Real Estate Agency in the country for the eight consecutive years in The Daily Herald’s Best Of survey.
Nanwani credits the success of the real estate agency to her “team of super agents.”
She said, “They are adept to seeking out the cosy starter home for a young couple who wants to work on expanding their family, a prime location for a new business and the right vacation rental for snowbirds escaping the brutal nor’easters of the United States or the grey days of Europe.”
The agency also offers the (long and short term) rentals and sale properties buyers at home and around the world are seeking.
Sellers benefit from listings on the agency’s much visited website – www.century21-stmaarten.com – that features property on St. Maarten/St. Martin, Saba, St. Eustatius, Anguilla and St. Barths.
Century 21 is also a highly recommended property management agency with a portfolio spanning small properties to multi-million dollar homes, said Nanwani.
