Beaches, shopping, dining, nightlife are what this little island of only 16 square miles is known for to visitors. We are celebrating over 30 years in the tourism industry in which we are very proud of. It’s the island’s main economic source, our bread and butter! So we thank you, to our visitors and tourists that travel from near and far by boat or plane.
Sunset Beach Bar is a spectacular plane spotting bar and restaurant for tourists and locals alike. The Maho Village is a mini shopping town with entertainment spots and great places to eat. The capital of Sint Maarten, Philipsburg is very popular for its duty free shopping streets for clothing, rum, jewelry, and souvenirs. Our beautiful coastal beaches include beach and sea activities and a few are secluded for privacy, whichever is preferable. These are a few of many favourites for tourists and visitors when they are here on Sint Maarten.
I must say the real estate industry survives on the tourism as well. Many vacationers fall in love with Sint Maarten and are eager to live on the island permanently, for retirement or as a vacation home. No matter how big the budget, we treat our guests and clients with respect, kindness, dedication to fit their home buying needs. To our hard working agents and management that put the bits and pieces together and help build the Sint Maarten brand, this is for you!
Sint Maarten is still striving to be the best tourist location in the North-Eastern Caribbean. We work as a great team, the Century 21 team and it goes far and beyond to show what we have achieved. So let’s cheers to the people in the hospitality sector, taxi drivers, beach vendors, property managers etc. who are involve and cater to the visitors and tourists on Sint Maarten every day!
